Production Time

We can accommodate almost any need date. Our normal production time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of complete order. Please call for details.

Shipping

All orders are shipped prepaid, F.O.B. Waxahachie, Texas. Drop shipments are available for $8.00 (P) per address, plus actual freight charges. Each master carton used will be billed at $10.00 (P) in addition to actual freight charges.

Freight Claims / Breakage

Encore Etch, Inc. Must be notified within 72 hours of any damaged merchandise received. Retain all packing materials, as well as merchandise for inspection by carrier.
