Art

Electronic art must be submitted in compatible file formats CorelDRAW( .cdr ), Adobe Illustrator v10 or less( .ai, .pdf ), Encapsulated Post Script v10 or less( .eps). All art must be Vector based or Art Fees may apply. No bitmapped
images ( .bmp, .jpg, etc) Art Fees may apply to these. If your art includes custom fonts please include the font or all required text converted to curves. Submit art to the address below.
All art MUST NOT CONTAIN RASTER( bitmap ) IMAGES!

Paper Proofs

Proofs via e-mail are supplied to one e-mail address at no charge. Approval must be received in a timely manner to avoid delays in shipping. Please approve via e-mail address above if possible.

Fonts Available

Your standard font choices are ARIAL, TIMES NEW ROMAN, and MONOTYPE CORSIVA . If other fonts are required. Please provide the name or the font file.

Setup / Die Charge

Logo: $95.00*(V), Straight Line Copy: $30.00*(V), Art Setup/Creation: $100.00/hr. (R), Line Change/Personalization each line: $5.00**(P), Second Location Etch: $10.00(P)
* This fee is a one time fee for initial orders., ** This fee is per line change per piece.

Production Time

We can accommodate almost any need date. Our normal production time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of complete order. Please call for details.

Shipping

All orders are shipped prepaid, F.O.B. Waxahachie, Texas. Drop shipments are available for $8.00 (P) per address, plus actual freight charges. Each master carton used will be billed at $10.00 (P) in addition to actual freight charges.

Freight Claims / Breakage

Encore Etch, Inc. Must be notified within 24 hours of any damaged merchandise received. Retain all packing materials as well as merchandise for inspection by carrier.Take photos and send to Encore Etch.
